In the historic, beautiful patrician house dating back to 1811, son Roger has taken over the reins in the kitchen after years of traveling through renowned restaurants and enriches the cuisine with his refreshing and creative ideas. He skillfully combines French classics, Swiss tradition and modern elements. In the elegantly decorated Nidbergstube, the focus is on gourmet menus, while in the Schlüsselstube guests will find dishes for every day in a cheerful atmosphere. This is accompanied by a superb wine list with selected wines. Marianne Blum and her team add a charming and caring touch to the service. Restaurant Schlüssel has been awarded 17 Gault Millau points and has one star in the Michelin Guide.
