Lower Sprecher House

The Lower Sprecher House in Jenins is a baroque townhouse with outbuildings and a wine press. Together with the church and the Salishaus, it forms a townscape-defining ensemble, accentuated by a shared enclosing wall.

The baroque town house with its auxiliary buildings, wine press and fenced-in garden, is part of the ensemble that characterises the town; the other two members are the Church and the Salis house, all three accentuated by the wall that surrounds them. Access to the main building via a double flight of stairs on the east side, through a stone-framed portal under the alliance emblem of Guler von Wynegg/Sprecher.
