Tamina Bridge
Switzerland's largest arched bridge
The Tamina Bridge connects the two villages Pfäfers and Valens at the entrance to Tamina Valley. The arch of the bridge stretches imposingly over the deep Tamina Gorge, where the famous 36.5° warm thermal water rises. With a span of 260 metres and a length of 475 metres, the Tamina Bridge is the largest arched bridge in Switzerland and one of the largest of its kind in Europe.
